I decided to put my membership to use by getting me and my sister a massage for our birthdays. The visit, and the massages were amazing, what I did not like was the person I spoke with over the phone when booking my appointment. I asked a lot of questions, because this was my first time using my membership so I wasn’t sure how it all worked or what I can use it for. I don’t feel like much information or any sort of accommodation was provided from whoever answered the phone. For instance, when I asked about a certain time available, her response was no, we don’t have that, and while I was hoping for a follow up with “but we have this available?” I awkwardly waited in silence and had to ask her “so can you tell me some times you do have available?” May not seem like a huge deal, but I’ve had my membership for probably almost a year now and have not used it because whenever I do call to try making an appointment, I get a similar experience from anyone answering the phone and end up saying never mind and hang up.

I have been coming to this location for quite a while. Every time I go, it's a great experience. My aestitician is very knowledgeable and does amazing work. The girls at the desk are always friendly. It's a great experience every time!

My first experience with a massage and facial here and I was welcomed with smiling faces. My masseuse and facial therapist were both so kind. My facial left me feeling so relaxed and recharged. Wonderful experience!

I am just beyond happy with this location. The front desk girls are so nice and always makes me feel welcomed, the manager is amazing. My massage therapist is wonderful and my Aesthetician is remarkable! I love the them and they always take such great care of me!

Always a warm welcome while entering the establishment. They are always on time so I can plan my day to a tee. Everyone is well trained in their craft.

I always enjoy my massage. Tiff balances the need for relaxation with the need to work on some stubborn knots. I immediately feel at ease when I go into the salon.
