Hand and Stone

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hand and stone area, I witnessed them clean the area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Mask were worn and I appreciate that also.

My massage therapist was very friendly and personable. She was very knowledgeable in her work. It was my first massage and she made me feel very comfortable.

The manager Dee was very welcoming and Kim gave me an amazing facial. I booked the membership as a result.

The receptionist was AMAZING! She was kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but ended up purchasing things because of how calm and helpful she was. It never felt like she was forcing me to buy... it was a natural conversation. Also, she wasn’t rude when I said “I know my body can’t handle any add-ons”—and, instead, she offered me some other options of things without making me feel badly. I loved that about the Arrowhead location. That was the thing I hated most about Surprise, was the down-your-throat up-saling; thankfully the Arrowhead location makes you feel so welcomed and are extremely polite!

The facial was well done and Kelsea was wonderful.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Lisa I think was her name gave a great massage, listened to my wants and fallowed through. In fact it was to good, I fell asleep. Lol She really was great!
