The staff are accommodating and friendly, the place is very welcoming and neat. It is completely relaxing place to have a massage.

I was pleasantly welcomed and treated with respect. Great customer service. Gina gave me a fabulous message after asking me what I wanted her to work on. She was thorough and I have already booked my next month's appointment with her.

Roberto, my massage therapist was able to get the exact pressure needed for working out my upper shoulders and neck. His suggestion of hot rock add-on was the perfect addition. The front desk associate even sat and talked with me in the lobby and offered water and restrooms. Loved the experience and purchased a membership

It's significantly important for the therapist to have a knowing about each clients energy, physical and mental need. Most often, the client is there for complete quite and relaxation. A great therapist will have the technical skills to do the work and the emotional intelligent therapist connects with the client, and understands immediately the clients needing space for quite vs. Clients needing a space to talk. There are a few therapist who understand both concepts and are excellent at their careers in massage therapist.

Jamila was extremely friendly, Esme did an amazing facial and Lentron did an amazing massage. The whole experience was great. Only downside was that it did not start at the scheduled time due to Covid measures.

Jamie is fantastic. Excellent massage. Just the right pressure, very attentive, friendly and didn’t RUSH. Very relaxing. I’ll definitely ask for her by name next time.

Just for future reference, the massage was supposed to be a surprise for me on our anniversary and I ended up receiving the text message to confirm appointment as well as him. It was no longer a surprise but still a great experience.

Esme was gentle, not pushy and explained products and answered my questions very easily. Earlier in the day Jamie was excellent giving the massage. Receptionist Dee and owner were welcoming and friendly. Love this facility!
