Staff made it a very relaxing and very helpful and addressed my needs.

Would be nice to have essential oils in diffusers in massage rooms- could hear talking in hall - maybe more relaxing music like waves or rain sounds during massage

This location had the availability. Yay! Great therapist. This was after having my appointment canceled at another Hand and Stone. Lake Pleasant Peoria AZ.

When I called to schedule the appt, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I walked in I was greeted immediately. They were all so attentive and welcoming. My esthetician was so sweet and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond.

The front desk check in individuals were extremely nice and attentive in keeping me up to date on the new sanitization practices and why I had to wait before my appointment. Jennifer was an excellent therapist, perfect pressure, a good balance of talking / letting me relax in peace and had great recommendations for future massage enhancements that would compliment my trigger areas. Highly satisfied!!

Bridget had a mask on, washed her hands a couple of times & asked me about my comfort zone. She suggested an upgrade for $20 which I agreed to. I was very satisfied with the facial. Thank you Bridget.

From the minute you walk in, the staff greet you and make you feel welcome, the reception area is very calm, peaceful and clean and my therapist Debbie is delightful, knows my areas of concern and always addresses them.
