Hand and Stone

I loved the quality to the work of Wendy, the massage therapist and Mimi, the aesthetician. I enjoyed the treatments, was relaxed and I got exactly what I expected. Two things I wasn't as happy about were, one, while I understand the upselling process, I didn't find it to be upfront regarding the price. I'd've been really upset if, when I checked out, I found the facial was more than double what I expected to pay. When I asked, the upcharges were explained very well. I'm wondering though, if I hadn't asked, would I have been told? The second thing is I wish I'd been offered water. When I got to my car, I realized I was thirsty. This in my previous experience has been basic. Water after massage. Thank you!

All the staff members are very kind and welcoming. The front desk representative during my visit was so warm and we had a lovely conversation before and after my facial. Sara is an amazing aesthetician. She always does such a great job with my facials and takes the time to explain everything to me.

The facial I had was the best I have ever had. The person who did it was awesome, I felt so relaxed. I believe her name was Sacha.

Felt like my concerns were being addressed and any recommended upgrades were targeting specifically my skin type.
