Everything was great, I get a facial every month at this location. The only thing I will say that was negative about my last appointment is that I did make my facial appointment with a certain aesthetician (Michelle) and when I got there someone else called me in the room I didn’t wanna be rude and say anything. She ended up being great but i request someone else

The kindness of the workers, the ambiance, the availability of the appointments, the punctuality of the appointment, the area, the music.

My massage therapist did an excellent job on my focus areas as well as listening to my wants and where to apply more pressure versus not.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable and personable; quiet when I wanted to relax and explaining processes as I needed it. I will not only book with Hand & Stone, but with this same esthetician!

Michelle was amazing and very knowledgeable. The entire staff made both my husband and I feel very comfortable.

Wendy was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable with her. She gave me tips on how to manage pain in the future. I have been bragging to all of my friends about her. If I have the opportunity to go there again, I will request her. in fact she would be the main reason.

The staff were nice. The length of the massage was awesome. And the pressure on my back was perfect.
