Everyone was kind and very accommodating to my needs and friend. Tracey was beyond amazing very skilled therapist and very polite. Sarah also was very polite and knowledgeable of the products she used on my facial and she was kept them informed throughout the experience. Yes it was an experience I was very impressed and satisfied because it was my friend's first time at a Hand and Stone!

Wendy is an excellent massage therapist. I always feel relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The amount of pressure used is perfect!

From the friendly welcome at check in to check out, it was a lovely experience. The ambiance at this place is amazing and it smells so good throughout the building. My masseuse Wendy is very knowledgeable and gave me the best deep tissue I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots of great massages! Love this place!

The therapist was very friendly and the amount of pressure applied was good. I liked the oil she used but didn’t like that it was an extra cost of $10 on my neck area which was having issues
