This was my first massage and the experience was amazing. When I called over the phone to schedule an appointment for myself and 2 others the receptionist was friendly and did not seem bothered by my request as some of the other places I called before calling Hand & Stone. When we arrived both of the receptionists were very helpful in explaining the enhancements. Even though it was three of us with a different therapist, we all had similar experiences. I now know why they offer longer massage sessions because going in I thought 50-60 minutes was too long! I cannot wait until my next massage.

I love the therapist that I’ve seen the last three times. She is working with me to correct some chronic pain and helping to educate me on how to prevent the injury from reoccurring. I can tell she really takes pride in her work and is genuinely trying to help me.
