It's, always a very pleasant experience. The reception area is comfortable and inviting. The staff are warm , friendly and excellent at what they do

After finding your organization, the team has worked with me to host a bridal party spa day, my 2 daughters and extended family have joined me in relaxing activities with Hand and Stone. My skin is improving. I just wish there were more slots to have a massage when we go, usually on Saturdays. I've had anywhere from 1 to 3 guests with me and rarely can both or all of us get a massage at the same time. I guess that just shows how popular the services are.

Everyone I came into contact with was very gracious , efficient, and kind.

This is an excellent place. Just some friendly feedback: Sometimes it is difficulty to set an appointment by phone, as the phone goes into a voicemail. I have found that the therapists' schedules don't always fit for me (i.e. only available one day per week). Or when I find a therapist that I like, he or she is there only for a short period. This has occurred at least 6 times. It seems the turnover is high...

Everything was good with the exception of a strange odor in waiting room

My therapist listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. She was booked for a time when she wasn’t on the schedule, so was late arriving but gave me an extra 10 minutes and the front desk gave compensation for an add on. She will be my go to therapist!

Great service

I had a peel on my last visit to Hand and Stone. Sara my esthetician was excellent. She spent a good amount of time explaining the service I had requested and what I would need to do to see the best results. Sara is also very knowledgeable of the products used during my treatment and recommend items I could use to improve my skin.

Monal really went above and beyond to make sure my skin looks and feels great! Very knowledgeable about products and recommendations. She was great!
