Hand and Stone

I never have any issues with hand and stone. I would continue at the location I went to but I am moving out of state In a few days so I will transfer my membership to a location where I'm moving to.

Here is my Facebook post from 9/3/18... Thank you to Hand & Stone Massage Plano for making what could have been a terrible customer service experience and turned it into a positive one. I received an email from them....as I am a already a client...telling me about their Labor Day promo. Great! I could use a massage and if I also book a facial I get $20 in gift cards. I followed the link to their website and booked my appointment. Received the email confirmation. Everything good. However, today when I showed up for the appointment there was no record of me. I showed them my confirmation email. I was at the correct location, correct day and time but I was not on the schedule. In fact, one of the women behind the counter asked who sent me the email."You guys did! I wouldn't know how to make this up!" Dang... I was so looking forward to the massage. They asked if I would like a facial which they graciously comped me. So not a total loss. I've gone there many times and will go back.

Had a facial and massage with Monal and Keith respectively. Both were great!

I received the best massage I've ever had in my life from Keith. He is a very knowledgeable professional.

Therapist listened and worked specifically on the area that was bothering me. The check in was pleasant. I felt appreciated and the result was my back immediately felt better.

Great experience. Everyone was friendly, it was just really hot in the entry/check in area but this was due to the sun.
