Hand and Stone

I loved the staff at the Plano location more than the regular location I visit in Happy Valley. They were so personable, friendly, knowledgeable and inviting. I wish all locations were this amazing.

my technicians Monal and Ilse are excellent. I ask for them every time. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed every time.

I like that I can make an appointment for the same day because the pain that I am feeling that day can be addressed immediately. I really like that I can book the same massage therapist each time I come. I appreciate that she knows my problem areas and can address those issues and her willingness to do research to find ways to make me feel better!

Although I was unable to schedule an appointment online, I was easily about to schedule one at the Hand and Stone location in person for the same desired day and time. The employee at the front desk was able to ask my questions about service add-ons. Everyone was quite friendly. The massage therapist was on time, friendly, knowledgeable/skilled, and addressed the painful areas on my body that I pointed out. Checking in for my appointment and checking out was done very quickly.
