Overall, I liked the ambiance of the lobby. It was nothing the receptionist did, I felt the other person at the front desk was trying to sell everything that was offered and it felt to presured when I juat wanted to relax and get a massage. I understand selling the services but the other person at the front desk was overselling to the extreme of me being dissatisfied.

Everything was amazing. Dakota was extremely helpful and recommended a service (which I originally didn't think I needed), and I was super satisfied with the results. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The therapist listened to the problems I was having with my tight hamstrings, calf muscles, etc. and she focused on those areas and did an excellent job.

I had Michelle in my first visit. I was so impressed with her. I was hopeful that she would be available this time. She is awesome and she was available.

Katrina, my massage therapist is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. She instinctively hit on my troubled spots, explained what can be done to alleviate the issues in a way that was informative and helpful. She was factual and professional. Katrina IS the reason I became a member. My 2nd massage has me feeling so much better and I feel continued work will greatly improve my quality of life. My 1st massage was on 1/21/17 with Aurthur, deep tissue & hot stone for 1-hour, he was fabulous !! I, was very relaxed through out the time! My 2nd visit was for a 1 hour facial with Dakota. I, was very comfortable & she thuroghly explained the best treatments to improve my skin at appts & with routine care at home. 3rd visit was with Michelle for a very strong relaxing 1 hour massage! The receptionists & everyone I've had an experience with, has been very friendly & effeciant!! I'm excited for my next facial & massage on Feb 23rd !!
