Hand and Stone

I was not given instructions when taken into the massage room. I'm the past the therapist reminded me to drink lots of water but not given any instructions when leaving. Not sure why I was sore the next day.

I don’t have to be highly satisfied but I was satisfied and come here enough and stay a member. I don’t know where you got that from

I specified neck and shoulders as my area that needed extra care. She did a great job elsewhere but did not home in on that area at all.

1. No flavored water at receptionist area 2. Robe no longer offered for facials 3. Receptionist just walked away from desk while I was checking out and never came back, leaving me to wonder if the transaction was complete. Didn't thank me for my business or try to schedule next appointment.

I was satisfied but not highly just because of how I feel about member program. Nor will I mention two trouble areas because only one was really focused on but man did she do amazing in that area.

I’ve ended my membership as I’m having difficulty getting an appt with my preferred LMT at this and other locations.

Not much of a massage in the facial. No mask or product used, only the micro needle and light therapy. I’ve have had micro needle done at other places and are better.

I miss my last therapist.

When I filled out the form online before my appointment, it asked what parts of my body I did not want massaged. It was obvious that my massage therapist did not see that because she still massaged those parts. I also wish there would have been multiple options for massage oil (essential oil, lotion, etc) or if she would have at least asked if I was okay with the lotion. Overall, she was a great therapist that helped me relax, but just a few points that would have helped me had a better experience.

Everything was great - all staff very very friendly and performed the services well. My only issue was that I had alot of oil in my hair even though I had it pulled up into a bun. It was hard to wash out.
