Could offer more esthetician services

Massage therapist kept moving locations, difficult to find a good therapist fit and difficult to schedule with new therapist. Cancelled membership and using last of services.

The massage was 45 min instead of 50. 5 min difference is substantial. I don’t know if my mom got her full time or not. I will definitely be watching the clock in future appts to see if this is a trend. My mom loved her therapist although I don’t remember her name. I also loved my facial person Jessica, and my facial was a full 50 mins so that was good.

They did not have a wrap/towel out for cover up. No massage of neck or arms/hands while the masks were on during the facial.

I enjoyed the couple massage and April was fantastic. We did arrive 10 minutes early and left to sit but started on time. My partner and I agree the products after were slightly oily but overall 8/10!

I am not sure I received the pumpkin facial I requested. The aesthetician pointed out all the things that were wrong with my skin and all the upgrades I could pay for to rectify them. While I appreciate her enthusiasm to do as directed by her boss, it is very stress inducing as my husband had just been laid off and being encouraged to sped additional money is not an option (I was using a gift card to pay for my facial)

I wasn't even offered a glass of water before or after my massage or after services. And the manager(?) was correcting an employee in front of me at one point. The atmosphere is changing a bit at this location, not terrible, just different feel.

My 60 minute massage was closer to 50 minutes. I was still in the waiting room at my scheduled massage time and was finished dressing afterwards before the next hour. I also added on an extra scalp massage which I thought would have been on top of the 60 minute massage, but it wasn’t. It also only lasted about 2 minutes which was not worth the cost. It seemed the masseuse was running behind and instead of allowing all appointments to run late, shortened mine.

This question makes me think that I selected the wrong button on accident. (i'm filling this out at night so maybe i didn't read fully. sorry) I have a highly valued view of Hand and Stone. I have been to one other Massage place before joining Hand & stone and it wazs like it was too professional there. at hand and stone there is a sense of relaxation, easiness, calming, the staff is really go with the flow, its quiet and doesn't hit you in the lobby with a ton of candle scent.
