Everyone was very nice and helpful, experience was relaxing. I was satisfied, not sure why it's asking me to justify why I'm not highly satisfied?

When the facial it’s told me what she was going to do I said yes, but then she off handedly said that all the recommended services cost more. So I ended up with just a basic facial.

I don't appreciate the $10 fee if I bring someone/ a guest and they use my PAID points. If I don't want to have that face x-ray done prior to the visit; I should not be pushed in to doing so. Most of the time I just want my regular facial and not try to be up-sold.

I was given gift certificate so that is why I visited. I would expect not to pay additional for services on gift card (facial and massage). I understand you use products for a facial but shouldn’t that be included with the package. I’ve had many facials at different places and have never had to pay extra unless it was a product such as a special acid or special serum witch was not the case here. And I wasn’t offered a water bottle at the end as customary. Everything else was great!

When booking, I verified that I would get a hot stone massage, like I usually get. I show up for my massage , make sure it’ll be a hot stone and they said “oh we don’t have you down for that, sorry”. I wasn’t really pleased with that. Only bad thing I’ve experienced though

I booked online at 69 then was called and told it was 79 then when I went in the brochure said 69 and I was charged 79. It felt like a bait and switch. I booked for A time and then got an email that it was rescheduled

I enjoyed my massage but my facial I felt some of the product get into my eyes and mouth. I felt some of the movements when washing my face felt sloppy.

My experience here was unpleasant. I called in asking about use of a giftcard, and was told that the gift card I had was purchased at the "old rate" not the new rate it now costs, meaning I'd have to pay extra $ out of pocket. I think it's a bad practice to charge a brand new client who is trying out your services with a GC that was marked as good for one massage, add'l costs just bc you've raised rates since the date of purchase. Left a bad taste in my mouth. On top of that, both the therapist and time slot I wanted to select ended up being "unavailable" per the receptionist even though it was shown as open online. I was told to book on the phone because the online system was inaccurate. This is inefficient and inconvenient for most people nowadays. Then, after the massage was complete, I was told because I asked for more pressure during the massage, I'd gotten a deep tissue and needed to pay an additional $15 for that as well. It felt like Hand and Stone was nickel-and-diming me at every corner. Likely will not return for this reason.
