The clinician suggested i keep my coat on while having brow and lip wax as the room was cold. At other spas visited for this service the room is darkened and the bed is heated... soothing music.. etc During my service someone else entered the room and my clinician stopped my service to help roll out some sort of machine... left the room ... and left the door standing open... reappeared a few seconds later. Not the relaxing experience i prefer when paying spa prices!

I booked for a 90 minute massage online and got a phone call that it was only available for 50 minute. Second time when booked online.

Service was ok. Did not get the service provider that I booked. Also, not happy that I was charged previously for a cancellation due to a death.

I had a great experience overall but felt like this location compared to others I have been to was not as good. I appreciate that other locations take more time at the beginning of the appointment to discuss your needs and go over add-on options. I filled out the pre-screen form ahead of time as requested, but still expected the masseuse to take a little time to clarify add-ons and make adjustments if needed. I also feel that it’s a little ridiculous that I have to pay for add-ons including scalp and hands which is included as part of the 60 minute massage I am already paying for. It just makes more sense that if these are marketed as additional services that they be provided as additional services e.g. an extra 10 minutes for scalp, etc. I only feel this way because i did not have to pay for these as add ons at another location and they still massaged these areas. So I’m not sure what the extra charge is really for.

I booked this massage to treat myself as a birthday gift. While the therapist did hit my trigger points, I did not feel relaxed. There was a lot of talking and I would have rather enjoyed my massage if there was quietnesses. I did not like the fact I paid $120 for a massage but did not feel any relaxation mentally. I also did not smell the eucalyptus aromatherapy I paid extra for. I was not pleased with my experience.

I just have so many back problems it’s hard for me to explain them all. Probably a little too much time on my neck which I didn’t mention as problem area. It was sore the next two days.

The experience was very good except for the loud talking and laughing that interrupted my experience. It was coming from a nearby room and impacted my experience. It was not respectful of others.

Always happy with the therapist and staff but I booked my appointment the precious month and they didn’t have it on the books the day of. I called and they were able to add me in. N

The lady left the room in the middle of the facial and did not wash her hands when she came back. The facial started late, but ended right on time so I felt like I got cut short a little
