The staff was friendly. The location and accessibility to my home. And overall the cleanliness of the store.

The transition from the waiting room to being greeted by the masseuse was choppy due to a side conversation. During the entire appt, He talked nonstop about alternative medicine and supplements etc. It was very hard to relax and try to get some pain relief while having to remain conversational. There were times when the talking stopped but it always picked back up. Maybe he was uncomfortable treating a woman and feel the need to talk through the session? I didn't feel like I had the space to just be alone with my thoughts and the treatment.

The receptionist was not very attentive, I asked her some questions about my payments, she didn’t know, didn’t explain well, and she even told me “you are confusing me” in a bad tone, I liked the other girl better, she is attentive.

The massage was supposed to be 60 mins but it was only 50. She coughed most of the time during the massage and had to stop to drink water. She was really nice but I did not feel any better afterwards. $70 is a lot of money to pay and I feel like it was wasted.

The appointment I scheduled was a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage 1 Hour, it didn’t go the full amount of time, maybe 45 minutes. Also, it wasn’t as relaxing as I expected. Also, I don’t like that at the reception desk they loudly ask how much are you leaving for a tip but didn’t ask if you were even satisfied.

I booked my appointment online and received a phone call and text message every day following, until the time of my appointment. I was called one day to discuss switching my esthetician. I was called another day to confirm my booking. I confirmed my booking several times via text as well. I was even asked to confirm 2 hours before appointment. I felt harassed by booking online. Then upon arrival the esthetician that I was told would be over my appointment was incorrect. The overall appointment was fantastic and I have no problem returning in future, however; the booking process was disatisfying. I was told to book over the phone in future.

Rooms need to be quieter in the hall. Deep tissue does not need to be an up charge. It isn’t at other locations. Hot towels need to be offered after.
