I normally use the Addison location but if they are not available I use the plano location. The attempts of upsale really irritates me. One on the phone, twice in the room. I have been a member for a long time. I know what is available. Deep massage, oh you need bio freeze for 10.00, oh you need percussion therapy. No, I need a massage with out an upsale. It’s so annoying.

I’ve been coming to this location well over a year. The pricing and skill level of the esthetician’s is extremely appealing. I always leave looking better than I came.

I just didn’t expect the cost of all the additional treatments and wish more came with just the standard facial. I need some more time in order to see if it’s working for my skin.

I booked online and was advised the day before of a conflict with my scheduled appointment and availability. Appointment was rescheduled for same day but with a different therapist at a different time.

Due to Covid-19, I completely understand the changes made with table linens and rooms, however, it does take away from the overall comfort of a spa. It was cold and I was used to a warm table with plush blanket and soft linens. This felt basic for the price I paid. Again, understand the reasons and don’t expect changes outside the CDC and state regulations because you should be keeping everyone safe. Just highlighting that it is not as luxury feeling as before so the price paid for the experience does not match.

I wish the massage time was 60 minutes instead of 50

Policies have changed - $10 transfer fee. Can’t keep good male massage therapists. Other options

The only thing I felt was missing from my massages was to ask how I liked my massaged (I like them quiet with little or only the necessary talking and in a low voice) and the question of how much pressure I like applied or can tolerate. Overall it was a very pleasant and relieving experience though, with very professional and experienced massage therapists who could just use a little extra touch of the "spa" experience.
