The esthetician said she was short so had me reposition myself higher on the bed. It was uncomfortable on my shoulders. I had originally requested for a different esthetician to work on my skin, however she was unavailable after I set the appointment. Please have the availability for your staff represented accurately through online booking.

I was late due to traffic. I called to say I’d be late and was not told until I arrived that it would reduce my facial time the type of facial or that I’d still pay full price for half the time-by the time we got started.

The spa is nice enough and the massage therapist was very nice. He had a great knowledge and he preformed fabulous job. I will book another appointment with him for sure.

I didn't enjoy the complimentary peppermint scalp massage. I sniffed peppermint oil and my therapist scratched my head. Not comforting or stimulating. I wouldn't pay extra for this.

Previous massage therapists were not that great. Eddie, a new massage therapist, has changed my opinion of hand and stone. I will definitely continue my membership as long as he is there at plano. He is by far the best therapist. I am super pleased. The checkout after a massage could be quicker, perhaps add a computer to the front desk so that it’s not only a single person/computer that can perform checkouts.

Sylvester is great. My pain won't go away in one session as he suggested I take another session soon to ease my stress

Overall experience was satisfactory but my therapists hands seem to have been shaking or trembling the entire time. I was concerned it may have been from fatigue or something else. It just distracted me from the massage experience some.

I would've liked more communication about the pressure during the massage.

I’ve been a member of H&S since 2013. I moved to Plano 18 months ago and started using this location. The massage is always great and the price is great but unfortunately they can’t seem to keep massage therapist. I find one I like and after 2 or 3 months they leave. I don’t see any problems on the surface so I hope it is just a minor problem that can be resolved soon.

I specifically asked for my arches on my feet to be massaged and therapist wrapped a warm cloth on my foot and used elbow to apply pressure once or twice on each foot. It was the opposite of what I demonstrated/requested. Therapist may have misunderstood/language barrier
