I was highly satisfied with my visit. My massage therapist focused on exactly the areas I was in pain and relieved a lot of tension on my body

I was not happy with the pressure of the massage. I also feel like it should be 90 minutes instead of an 80 minute massage

I booked an appointment with my daughter. We were both taken in at the same time and she was in her appt. 15 minutes longer. I will pay much closer attention to when the appt. actually stars next time and when it ends. They kept saying that she probably upgraded, but she did not upgrade, her technician just took that much more time with her.

I was Satisfied but not overwhelmed. I got An LED facial, but didn’t get a clear understanding of what it would do for me. I don’t have redness or collagen issues. The receptionist didn’t offer water until I poured my own. I was The only one there but she was preoccupied. Also she had major breakouts on her skin Not sure if I should expect good skin from those who work here, but it struck me as ironic. My facial was good but not the best ever

First I got a facial, and the facial was amazing. But my massage that followed with another woman was a little different. Apparently it was the ladies first day, so I have to give her somewhat of a break. When she walked into the room she just said hi, nothing else. She never asked me if there were any areas to focus on or to avoid. Therefore she was massaging a part of my leg that hurts and she didn't focus on the thing I really needed focus which is my shoulders. I didn't feel comfortable enough with her to tell her anything. She's not personable and did not make me comfortable. I asked to not have her again.

I prefer to go on weekends since I work and there is not enough staff on Sundays. Also, I booked in early March and the receptionist was not sure who was available If I wait too long too book I cannot reserve 80 minute massage

I don't expect to be highly satisfied with every experience. The massage was fine

there needs to be more female appts available during evening times. I had a very hard time getting an appt with a female, which I prefer, after 4:00pm. There were plenty of appts prior to 4:00pm, but those of us that work, need after 4:00 availabilty

The massage therapisg was rude and ilmanered. She was using too much pressure and I was in pain most of the massage. Then at the end instead of me feeling relaxed she was rough with her wrap up.
