I love hand and stone. I usually see Michelle who is awesome but she was full so I saw someone else. She was good but different than Michelle — which I was told about up front. It was a good massage but I just wish I had Michelle :-/ totally my fault though bc I booked late. I have no issues with hand and stone and will keep my membership as long as prices are good and the massages are good. I’d like to start booking online but I haven’t found it to be as user friendly as calling

The massaging skill of the therapist at the location, I say about 4 out of 5 stars. The therapist that I liked the best left the location already. The others are great therapist, just not my favorite.

I was not able to communicate well with my massage therapist. I felt unsure of what to do or what she was saying. It was uncomfortable.

My massage was consistently good. I would have purchased coconut water if available. I also had a facial with someone new to me and her pressure was extremely light and the products felt greasy.

Upgrades for 10-25$ don't add any time to the appointment. Eg. cold stone for $15 not worth it... Masks for addl $20 - not worth with 0 additional time added to appointment. Add time or lower the price....

receptionist could have said your massages are 50 and 80min. I asked for 90min and she thought it was cheaper to charge me 49.95 x2 than 49.95 plus 30.00 for the extra 30 min. Your 90 min massage is about 10.00 over priced.

I was completely satisfied with my facial massage experience at the Hands and Stones Spa in Plano. My esthetician Monal was very kind and patient and enlightened me on my skin and information on how to clear my skin.

Not on this visit but previous visits but way too pushy trying to sell products. If I've already told the receptionist when I booked that I will be using points to pay I have my reasons. Please don't try to talk me out of it when I check out. I actually like this place 🙂 Just need to work on the customer service.
