I called to tell the receptionist that I lost my purse and I needed to reschedule.I was not made aware that I would be charged for a massage I did not receive.

I went in for a facial and massage. I was highly satisfied with the facial; however the massage was not up to par. The therapist did not even rub the soles of my feet. We started late, but she still ended at 5:52 so I did not get the full 50 minute massage that I paid for. Aside from that I thought she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I do not have an issue with the company and I know that all massage therapists are different. It just did not meet my expectations.

Booked with an on line offer . Discount. Had a free upgrade which we talked about. On checking out, she charged me full price and had to have her redo. It was not a feel good experience.

Availability is not as good as I'd hoped

The information given regarding the membership was very confusing. I finally stopped asking questions.

Overall it was a good experience. I wasn't wow-ed by anything.. so I chose satisfied instead of highly satisfied. One thing I would like to point out is that I had mentioned to the aesthetician that once previously I had significant peeling from a chemical peel and it took 2-3 weeks for the scar or skin changes to fade. We used it anyway. It was burning a lot so she neutralized and removed it from the lower half of my face where I had the peeling and scarring previously. I think she handled it well and did not charge me for the treatment. I was wondering if there should maybe have been a small skin test to see how my skin would react or a could she have used a weaker or more diluted chemical? Right now, almost 2 days later, there is significant dryness and peeling around my mouth and chin. It does not seem as severe as the last time. Hopefully it will resolve quickly

All my expectations were met. I was satisfied with the personnel, the environment, the experience. Highly satisfied seems to imply something extraordinary to be more than satisfied. This experience was just as I had expected, I was satisfied.

The massage was a little slow to start and had to leave earlier than I thiought not as good as I have known

I was a little late and therefore didn't get a whole body massage

Price higher than expected. Most locations are at $45. I was okay with it, but I did not feel like it was a $95 dollar facial. Have samples to take home if they recomend something.
