Hand and Stone

This waa my 2nd visit and I was asked to fill out paperwork that Id previously filled out. I had to explain to the receptionist that Id already went through this process before. When I arrived, I waa given a card to upgrade my scheduled services, but was told it would take too long to warm the additional materials I was requesting. Its the second time Ive wanted to upgrade services but was told it was too late to do so. Really frustrating. This visit the room was really cold. The warm bed was on, but I was freezing. The air conditioner was blowing really cold air, I couldnt get comfortable.

My first visit with a different masseuse was disappointing. I asked for firm, but the pressure was light. During this visit, both the aesthetician and masseuse were great. I'll probably have a highly likely rating after my third visit.

Estetician was very nice and knowledgeable . Friendly and accommodating. Appointment started late but she did apologize and made up the time on the end. I was glad for that.

3 of us went for facials together. One got $10 off and the other 2 paid regular price. I tried to get a credit made on my credit card, but all they could do is give us a credit at Hand and Stone. It was better than nothing, but preferred getting a credit card credit.
