Hand and Stone

I like the value. I appreciate the atmosphere of the establishment. I like the quality of the service that I receive. I like the variety of services available. I like the wide range of times that are available for appointments because they suit the needs of working people.

Before coming to Hand and Stone I had only been to spas such as Bergamos and Beyond Beaute'. I was skeptical of a strip center spa. I was pleasantly surprised. The facials are so relaxing, and I have never had a massage therapist get my knots like Denise does. I will keep coming back!

Everyone was friendly and professional, eager to interact and answer question. Your hours are late which is wonderful since i work night. Overall great place with great staff.

I called in last minute today for an appointment because I was having a rough week and was very tense. They scheduled me immediately and were very kind about me being 15 minutes late. My massage time was not cut at all and no one mentioned anything about my tardiness. They had me quickly fill out an intake form and immediately got me to my treatment room. The bed was nice and warm and the room was the perfect temperature. Shelly was my massage therapist and she did a fabulous job, she was so kind and genuine. Her deep tissue work is amazing, I felt so much relief after the session. She was very accommodating and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. I will definitely bring my family in to see her, I feel so light and free. Thank you so much for such a positive experience

Very pleasant experience. First time having a facial and happy with the experience. It was so relaxing and my skin felt so soft afterwards. I would definitely do it again.

Excellent customer service, availability and atmosphere.

The receptionist was extremely kind and helped to make my experience personable and relaxing. She really genuinely engaged with me. She was great! My massage therapist was amazing, too! She was attentive, kind, and she gave an amazing massage! It made for a great all around experience at your facility!

The estetician was very friendly and answered all my questions i had. She made me comfortable with it being my first facial, what all we were doing to my face and i am definitely coming back to see her.

Super easy to book, great staff and therapist. Everything felt better afterwards.
