The front desk personnel were great! Very friendly. Holly was perfect. I was tense when I arrived, and was totally relaxed when she finished. She had a very calm relaxing manner and was knowledgeable.

Everyone is always very friendly and make you feel welcome. It is a very relaxing environment and Denise is a wonderful massage therapist.

Heena is an excellent owner and business woman. She is caring and personable and puts me (customers) at ease and makes me feel like family. I can tell by her standards and leadership that her employees are encouraged to follow in her foot steps by the way I'm greeted and treated from the time I walk in the door until I leave. Mark, my masseuse, is professional and experienced in his craft. He provides me with privacy and a serene experience by not being chatty, but concentrating on his work. He is knowledgeable about what areas need work to sooth my sore tissues and work out the knots in my tight muscles. I leave relaxed and wishing the 50 minutes hadn't sped by so fast! I will be back to this location of Hand and Stone for the two very important reasons (people) I've mentioned here.

Pleasant staff, very courteous. Anticipated needs, no sales pressure. One thing that would be helpful to me would be a comprehensive list of products used so I can request or purchase in the future. I spend a fair amount on quality products so I would finish what I'm using now before purchasing anything new, what was used on my visit.

The massage therapists are very nice, the reception is always friendly, and the waiting room is pleasant.

Shannon is a fantastic therapist. I'm sad she will be out soon on maternity leave!
