My massage therapist Denise in Webster Tx is highly educated and skilled. She listened to my painful areas of concerns and worked the knots out. She saves me from pain and gave great advise on how to improve. She is very polite and caring.I come to H&S because of her. I think she should train all your therapists. due to my condition I need to have massages often in order to deal with my back and neck pain. I have lots of hours getting massage and Denise is the very best! And should be teaching others her gift

I enjoyed everything and the peppermint aromatherapy. I felt so relaxed afterwards and woke up the next morning feeling great!

Joy is just amazing for facials... My skin has improved *so* much since I started seeing her. And just the overall atmosphere of the spa and friendliness of everyone is so refreshing, and an oasis in today's world. My fiance' and I both look forward to it every month!

Cost and convince is great. However, I think $10 for aroma is too much.

Joy gives one of the best facials. She educates you on the care of your skin as well as recommends the right products. She is excellent. Mark listens to what areas are bothering you and concentrates on that. He is very good.

Friendly from start to end. Therapist very skilled in technique and good with finding aches and pains. Cleanliness all the way around from lobby, massage room to restroom.

To me, the best litmus test of any massage is whether I leave the place feeling that it was worth the money spent... I definitely felt that way after leaving after the session with Josh at Hand and Stone!
