Never had a bad experience...Stephanie is who I usually go to and is the only reason I got a membership and keep going back...she is seriously the best!! Last night was my first time with someone else and I think her name was Joy...she is the lead tech there and she is amazing as well!! Great people that work there and I will keep sending people over!

I think I remember why I asked for them to not send me reminders! Then they finally remembered not to and I missed a couple appointments! Now I asked for a reminder and I get about 20. Now I remember why I told them to not send me reminders!

It doesn’t pertain specifically to this location. However, I was informed of the corporate office’s new policy on package transfers. As a long time member and a member who kept their account active during the COVID-19 pandemic I’ve acquired quite a few extra packages that I am not always able to use. They’ve already been paid for and also we pay a transfer fee if gifting them to someone else so it’s not like the company is really losing money. There should not be a limit of 3 per calendar year under these circumstances.

Deep tissue massages are inconsistent. Only two that I have had would be classified deep tissue. The others were firm massages at best.

I was not pleased with the staff checking in. I arrived 15 min early and wasn't taken back until 7 minutes after my appt time. Massage therapist doesn't speak good English. I was trying to explain to stay on concertation areas.

After each booking I feel I get a sales pitch on products. If during treatments I like some of the products, I will ask about them and possibly purchase. If I feel I have a skin care issue, I might also ask what product might help and be interested.

90 minute massages not available on the weekends. This is the #1 reason I am considering ending membership. Have had good therapists but haven’t found a great one yet
