After an amazing and relaxing facial, I went to check out and although she was nice I felt REALLY pressured. She asked if I would be interested in the “March Special” and after she explained in detail I kindly said no thank you. She then asked “May I ask why”? And after I answered that question( with some hesitation), she then asked if I would like to purchase Gifts Cards!! I kindly said no and she THEN asked if I wanted to gift one to someone!! At this point, I was completely irritated and felt very pressured. Needless to say, I paid for relaxation and it completely wore off before I could walk out the door.

while waiting to check out manager came out of office and could easily see the amount of customers waiting then went back in office then came out again and went home never offering assistance - only one person working desk on arrival and leaving - and of course they sold membership to person in front of myself and daughter further delaying check out

I love the reward program. The staff is quick to remember and call me by name. Staff is not a constant turnover which says a lot about a company.

The receptionist handed me a laminated paper with additional services I could add. I told her I wanted to add on the scalp massage. I don't think it was every relayed to my esthetician because it wasn't done. I pretty disappointed as I have been under a lot of stress and was looking forward to having it. I mentioned to the receptionist when I was checking out that it wasn't done. She was apologetic and made sure I wasn't charged for it.

I have been a member for several years and have generally been highly satisfied with the services I have received. I realize that this site has changed owners since my initial membership and some of the perks seem a bit different. I think it would be thoughtful if management were to acknowledge the long-time members with some sort of gift/offering during the holiday season. The initial owners did that and it was extremely thoughtful.

Massage therapist was very nice and knowledgeable but some area was little firm so next it starts hurting but not bad at all

My therapist was not available that day and my previous appointment was canceled at the last minute.

the therapist did not touch my area of concern after i told her my tension area which was back of neck and shoulders.i also expected a full body massage.only the sides of my neck and my glutes were massaged

very expensive for services
