The therapist made me uncomfortable with the massage proximity to my anus while massaging gluts. I was surprised they told me about a $25 charge for deep tissue when that was not discussed with me before, during, or after until I was checking out. It was a good massage but I am constantly disappointed with them starting late. I feel cheated on my time on the table.

I usually use a couple of my regular massage therapists (sometimes they quit and have moved on). I tried a new one who fit my schedule. I told her that I wanted it on my neck and back and she spent a lot of time everywhere but my back - which she went to last and barely got to before it was time to go. Spent way too much time on my legs. Also, started with me laying on my back and I spent a lot of time in that position which was hurting my hips - I had to tell her to turn me over or we may have never gotten to my back. I know this sounds bad - she wasn't bad, I just felt that she really didn't listen and was not 'intuitive' to my body needs like the ones that I usually use.

Aromatherapy should be included. Therapists range in experience. Too many add ons pricing

I think if you get a gift card for a massage which was a special it should be that amount and not an additional amount charged when you check out. That is not a "Special."

The product used on my face caused a small breakout later; they were out of coconut water; had to wait a few minutes to be checked out.

I could tell based on my appearance of being a Muslim woman that it caught some of the employees off guard upon check out and I could see the reactions on their faces that made me uncomfortable. not my esthetician or masseuse. Also I feel uncomfortable when they ask me if I want to leave a tip after everything costing 300 dollars putting the employees salary on the customer is.unfair to me and the employees.
