Everything was fine.

A lot of massage therapist turnover . Not enough consistency in services . Would like the massage oil to smell better

The robes need to be replaced. They are old and discolored.

I honestly feel that if an hour is advertised 50 minutes of table time is definitely what is expected. If i have taken the time to arrive early to complete the intake and it describes my needs then going into the room to explain what I have already stated is simple redundant. I explained my needs quickly with the hopes that I would get the full 50 minutes only for the massage to stop after 45 mins to allow me to dress. Then make the price more suitable for a 45 min massage and let people know that is what I will receive. Why pay for and hour and that is not what I will receive?

I had a very good experience at H&S, but I tend to not give "Highly Satisfied" responses unless everything was absolutely perfect. The staff that I encountered were very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable, & I could not fault them at all. The waiting area, while nice & calming, did need a little sprucing up just from the normal wear & tear of a highly trafficked area. I wasn't upset by it, but it was noticeable.

I did not see much different on my skin. But this is the first time .

This was very much over priced. The couples massage was way more costly than the price of two single massages. I didn't like how pushy multiple people were in trying to be "sales people" to get us to come back for monthly massages. If someone says they aren't interested, then don't force it.
