I would prefer a more spa like experience. With a waiting area separate from the general entrance. I am highly satisfied with the services, but would enjoy a different atmosphere before and after my massage.

Price went up for same service.

Facial started 15 minutes late and ended 5 minutes earlier than it should have.

Overall was a great experience the massage was great I wasn't 100% satisfied with my facial. However the lady who did my facial was very nice. Just seemed she was ready to move on to the next sell me some product without really knowing me. We were late getting started with my facial by atleast 10 minutes which was fine but we didn't go over 10 minutes so I felt I didn't get the full time. But over all yall have a nice establishment. And will definitely return...

I was told my $131.99 was used completely and the "tip" of $21.99 was part of it. I always thought a "tip" was something you decided on as to the service provided, not included as your "bill." Very deceiving; I also commented that the web site showed $69.99 for a massage. Then I was informed "that was only if I purchased the "membership." My experience with the past membership did not go well so I cancelled.

The therapist did not massage all areas- front of legs or feet, did not massage head. Previous times I have been able to relax fully but this was not best match of therapist to meet my needs.

Facial was not as good as I thought it was going to be and it wa any first time getting one. Compared to how my friends facial went same day.

i joined when it was 49$ and it made sense...now many of the places around here are 50$...you have over priced your services
