have had difficulty handling things at the Bay Area location since i joined at a location in another state. Apparently i have to terminate my membership at one location in order to transfer it to another location. Doing so will forfeit my points. The other locaiton should not have taken my membership if this was going to be a problem.

Price is high for the product. Must use coupon or discount to get a decent price. Couches in waiting area are old and faded.

The biggest issue I have with H&S is that members are not allowed to spilt sessions ... so you can book a 90 minute service. Other massage companies allow this and it's a feature I find very valuable.

Felt welcomed as soon as i came in and very comfortable. It was my first time so it was definitely a good experience smelled nice felt amazing

It seems like there's a lot of turnover at this location. The first time I came, I had an amazing massage from someone who had just started and he left by the next month. Ever since I've been searching for someone who matches his skill and have yet to find anyone quite as good. That's just one example, but it seems like there are different therapists every time I book an appointment.

The staff was very friendly. The therapist was very friendly and I felt comfortable with them. My main issue was attended to during my session.
