Because there’s always room for improvement but I was extremely satisfied

Appointment started much later than anticipated and I then felt like my appointment was rushed some to make up for lost time

I was highly satisfied with my facial. My massage was fine, just not the best I've had. I plan to return and request a different therapist.

I miss my favorite therapist and the availability of my 2nd favorite and my work schedule do not match well.

I set up to get the Himilayan massage and the CBD was in the room as well. So I said oh well I’ll take that one too. The therapist did not use enough CBD. It seem like she was preserving it.

Sometimes it’s hard getting an appointment for a weekend. Also I HATE that I can’t schedule a 90 min massage for the weekend. Up until yesterday I had 23 packages that I need to use.. but it’s hard to do so when I can’t use 2 on what I really want. A 90 min massage with Himalayan hot stones bc the only availability I have is weekends. If massage envy lets me do a 90 min massage then I’ll switch to them. My husband leaves for work at 7:30 am and doesn’t get home till about 8:15 pm. The let massage is at 8. This doesn’t work when you have kids.

My husband and I did the couples massage and were charged additional for that room. Not happy with this extra charge at all. Will not do that going forward.

Had a good experience with my facial, but would have liked for my neck area to have also been treated to keep skin tone even. I have had facials at spas in the past and they always massaged my neck and shoulders as part of the treatment. This was done just a little bit and I would have liked a little more massage while waiting for masks and products to be absorbed.

Could have used more pressure, did not include neck or chest. I did not ask so probably my fault. I didn’t communicate with her

Do you offer just a shoulder and neck massage only? You might want to consider this for a lower reasonable price as not every time one might want a full body massage. It would also be great if the cost include tipping as I do not know how much to tip and one would know and expect upfront what is the actual cost including the tip. No one has to worry about not getting a tip. If the therapist is super good, that person can get additional tipping. If the therapist is bad then that person gets a bad review. How long is an actual session? For facials, maybe shaping of the eye brow can be including as another option,for an additional cost. Overall my experience was satisfying.
