It was fine. I liked the dermal infusion treatment but the facialist didn’t explain it well. The scalp massage add on was disappointing and I would not redo it. The facialist seemed nervous or inexperienced, so it was not relaxing.

I wish the massages were 60 minutes long. Having it be 50, creates too much sense of hurry from the therapist. They do not get a chance to really know your concerns or what you need.

Although Maika tried her best, she was not able to give me the massage I needed. I know that she does not usually do deep tissue massages, but when she did try, all she did was press her elbow into my back/shoulders with 50% of the time elbowing bone and not muscle. Sometimes it felt like she was just rubbing my back and barely massaging it. When it came time to massage my head, she did not massage it at all. She also spent a long time on the questions in the beginning, making my massage start 20 minutes late. Again, I believe she tried her best to give me what I asked for, but overall, her massage style just wasn't for me. I booked another appointment for a few days after so I could hopefully get the massage I need.

The lobby was very crowded and the space is extremely small and overcrowded.

All was well, but the transition area is small and exposed. Everyone seemed friendly and nice. It's a bit pricey ($70/mth) and there were no additional indicators of what that all included when I expressed that I was not currently interested. With the exception of being told that she (receptionist) wouldn't be able to waive the start up fee. Other than that, the massage was nice....room was quiet...aromatic scents would be a nice touch. And my massage therapist didn't ask too many questions. Great!!!

I loved Denise and she’s gone. I really like my new therapist Tammy but she works daytime hours during the week and I always get an 80 minute because that’s what I need so weekends are not an option. Scheduling is going to be hard.

I think the product sale should have been more personal and less robotic. I did buy a pretty expensive product, but would have bought more if service was more personal. However, I was satisfied but not highly satisfied.

The massage was just ok; nothing special. I enjoyed it for what it was.

As a fellow licensed massage therapist, I believe therapist deserve to be paid more than $10-15 an hour. Yes, tips are a plus and can potentially make up the difference but tips are not guaranteed. It's challenging enough to live a balanced life with long hours just to make ends meet and stay at a job where it feels more laborious than purposeful for a minimum. Also, I prefer a full 60 or 90 minute massage to a meer 50 or 80 minute. Yes, 10 minutes makes a difference. It feels rushed for both therapist and client. Overall, my therapist was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and used appropriate pressure. I would have preferred more time but scheduling wasn't available. To end, I don't feel good or confident about the "membership" offered. Mostly because I prefer to stick with the same therapist for every visit but every time it's been a different therapist. I don't know if any of that can be improved or not but I do feel improving pay, scheduling, and incentives for therapists is a great start.
