I felt that I did not receive my full time. My appointment was scheduled for 3PM. I called to let them know I was in the parking lot at 2:55. They said they were finishing up my room and would call when it was ready. At 3:07, I called again and was told I could come in. By the time I checked in and got into my room and ready for the massage, it was 3:15. The massage ended before 4:00PM. Additionally, the scalp massage which was a separate fee took less than 3 minutes. It felt rushed. My massage itself was relaxing, though I did have to ask the therapist to apply less pressure twice.

There’s always room for improvement. I noticed some people were just walking in I had to sit in my car for like 15 minutes. I realize it’s Mother’s Day weekend but it was very chaotic in there yesterday.

website to register too difficult to navigate. wanted facial but was asking me questions about massage which should be skipped. was also asking me if i was pregnant. i received a phone call 2 txtx and and least 1 email trying to confirm my appt. that is just outright wrong.

I enjoyed my facial. It was relaxing and refreshing. The hand and and stone employees were friendly and respectful.

I was satisfied

Everything was great. When the therapist asked if I needed a towel to wipe off the oil, I said yes. Before I just anything on my skin, I smell the product. I understand the towels hold water and will have a certain smell but a cleaner, fresher smell would've been much appreciated. I was not able to wipe off the oil because i did not want the towel smell lingering on me.

The room for facial was extremely dusty, chair was torn, and linens were torn. This location seems Tun down. You should be doing temperature heck’s at a minimum.

I thought the overall service was good and each person did their job well. I’ve been to other massage wellness programs and in many ways this was similar. I just felt like the intake process and all the questions they ask can get a little obnoxious and I also didn’t like that my facial and massage were back to back so we had to rush from one to the other. Other than that everything went well.

I was over charged $80 , but after looking at my receipt and coming back it was corrected. I was visiting from out of town so I'm glad I looked at my email before I left town. Other than that I will come again when visiting my friend that lives close.

The massage was great, but I think a super deep pressure would have made it even better. That is on me for not voicing my concerns, not the therapist she was awesome.
