Like I said, I was concerned that customers are not required to wear masks during the massage appt. I understand that when face down, the pillow acts like a mask, but when flipping to be face up, not requiring a mask is foolish. It puts people at risk and makes me nervous that my therapist might have picked up something from a client and just isn't showing symptoms yet. Also, on a nitpicky note, it would be nice for the massage therapist to put something over the client's eyes when face up at the end of the massage, like other spas do. It can be jarring to flip over and suddenly have a can light shining through your eyelids.

The therapist I had was very new to massage. Which isn’t always a bad thing. In this particular instance I feel like she was able to relax me to a point of sleep but she didn’t actually spend anytime on my neck like requested. Her draping was horrible. She never touched my thighs because her draping was so low. She missed so much of my body. So I was relax, but disappointed

The appointment started late. I was there well before my appointment time and the receptionist said she would call me closer to my appointment time and to wait in my car. I needed to use the bathroom before my massage so I was hoping for time to do that before my massage. But I was not asked when I was called (kind of would have been nice) anyways the receptionist called me at 1:03 and by the time I signed my health screen and got to the back it was already 1:10... I was done with my massage by 1:52 (I looked at the clock) because I’ve noticed that regardless of start time it always ends at the same time. So if they are behind you lose time off of your own massage which is not cool. The massage was very good though. So I am torn on whether I should stay a member.

A wash cloth was not given to wipe off excessive oil.

My wax was perfect, didn’t hurt coming out but the lady doing it was a terrible job. I had to come home and shave my legs because there was patches of hair left on my underarms and legs. She left wax on me as well. I was disappointed because I had canceled my appointment so I didn’t have to go two different place but now I wish had gone to my normal place for waxing. It was a big disappointment. I won’t go back for waxing. /:

I have been a client now for several years and I love the cost for the service I receive. Yes, the spa could be a bit more calming, the waiting area could be improved but I expect this for the cost. My therapist is amazing and I hope he continues to stay as I tried several therapists in the past and he is definitely the best. Mark @ Webster Baybrook location.

I had a spa finder gift card I was told when I called you excepted this card. I was told yes. I gave them the card number and upon check out I was told it was not excepted here. I had to use my emergency credit card because I was not prepared to pay anything except for the tip to my massage person. I felt like I should have been told before hand. Wonder what would have happened if I didn’t have my charge card???
