I love how friendly everyone is. I have always love the feel of the entire massage area, including right when I walk in. I definitely find it a great place to relax.

Excellent service and promptness!

My therapists kindness seemed a little forced. I think she did an excellent job and won’t hold that against her. I enjoyed myself, but other therapists I’ve had in the past were able to be very genuine even if they only talked to me before and after the massage.

Great place. I ran late - Houston traffic . Did not get full hour. No massage on neck or shoulders? 30 minutes max for treatment. Not very accommodating for tardiness. I realize my fault. But 1st time with your company.

Everything was ok. I am a male and wish there was some kind of massage for my head for I am bald and believe it to need hydration most times, due to only using soap to wash it. Also wish there was a waxing option for like my arms, legs, and back. Other than that the service was great and the staff was not judging my look body weight or figure which is a big plus, because I know I’m not a looker. Anyway it was good and thank everyone there.

The upscale for everything was too much. Trying to upscale products, memberships etc. Don't pressure new clients to purchase, join etc, it was TOO MUCH. I felt like they were looking at me like a was a credit card with no limit.

The receptionist did not tell me there was an up charge for deep tissue. I had to ask if I get anything for my birthday month, the room I could not hear the music and table was hot. The therapist did not ask if I was ok w pressure or if the heater was to hot on table.

My massage appointment started a little late but ended on time. I also think the microdermabrasion services could be a little cheaper, especially since it’s a slower process and requires more consistent services.

One day of my appointment. I lay down on the table that was smelled bad and o found out the sheets was used according to my massage therapist.

I felt like the quality of the massage was excellent but that there wasn’t much use of the hot stones. More of a side thought with a regular massage rather than actually using the stone to massage.
