Hand and Stone

The appointment started late (5 minutes late, and then add 3 minutes later while getting undressed). Then the appointment ends 10 minutes till the following hour.

This esthetician was fantastic, but when y’all change my person without asking me I get very frustrated. Reception often doesn’t know what is going on from one shift to the next.

I was a little concerned about my therypyiists cough. She explained it was allergies but stil la little bit concerneed.

You have a mistake in your survey format. I stated I was HIGHLY SATISFIED.

The only issue I had was when I called to advise them I was there for my appointment. They put me on hold and after 8 minutes I hung up and called back. I immediately got someone and they checked me in, they were very apologetic and made up for it.

Therapist didn’t have a mask on during service, which didn’t seem like a big deal when I was face down but when I was face up and he was working directly over my face and was relatively chatty, it started to make me a little hesitant.

I was asked to add products, said no after going in the room I was asked again. I asked are the salts the same price he said yes. When I went to pay it was more. Has all staff know prices. Helps. When I told receptionist he fixed it by using my credit i was unaware of. Due to my therapist has not returned.

There was nothing specific, I just have had better massage therapists and massages, at the same price, to compare this one too.

Ambient music broken and couldn’t get a signal on my phone to play music so service was in silence and kind of weird

Because of the covid-19 there was a small feeling if uneasiness. I was told to stay in the car until they were ready...but then had to wait with two other people who were not wearing masks. It made me feel unsafe and awkward as I didn't want to stand next to them. I was trying to keep my space.
