Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The last visit was highly satisfying. Some of previous appointments were not as thorough. Would have liked to have same person doing all my facials.

For the price of the facial, there wasn’t a whole lot to it. Not hot towels, no massage. The wipes used to removed cleanser were cold. I used a gift card but I wouldn’t pay for this myself. I can do everything the esthetician did at home. I was going to try the NuFace facial until I realized I have that device at home. It’s shocking you charge THAT much for such a simple machine.

I feel the reception area could be more inviting. I wish it was completely separate from the chairs or have a curtain or shade up to divide the areas. The window tint helps darken the small chair area, but you still have the brightness and loudness at the desk nearby.

The massage was great! My therapist seemed a little nervous and the pressure was a little lax, but it’s also likely that I just preferred a large amount of pressure and did not voice that at the time. The massage was soothing, relaxing, and did everything I was hoping for! Would definitely see my therapist again, and will continue coming often!

First of all, the hot stone massage was amazing. But the massage was supposed to be for an hour and half. I don’t know if the massage therapist was not aware of that because she stopped the massage at one hour and left the room for me to change but shortly came back and apologized for stopping the massage and that I had 30 minutes left of massage left and continued where she left off.

Massage was not what I expected. Was not consistent with the pressure.

The sales staff are always working to sell you something. It gets old very quickly. I want to relax, not be up sold.
