I felt like I was mislead to believe that certain coupons and deals would apply towards my next visit. However when I got there they told me that it did not apply to my services and it would only count for more upgraded services. That was not made clear.

During downtime (after mask was applied), I expected a short shoulder massage just like other therapist would perform. Also, I expected that the neck was not excluded from the facial.

I would have liked a little more down time between services, I feel a bit rushed from one to the next. The reception area became a bit crowded due to a group finishing their services.

Receptionist at first was unsure of cost of the added service and almost charged me more, but when further questioned corrected the extra charge. It was not really a problem, just glad I noticed.

Appointment started after scheduled time and did not last full hour (lasted about 45min). Felt rushed at the end when going over products with me, was not able to ask questions. It was my first facial, wish they would have gone over recommended skin care routine with me. The light in the room kept flickering giving me a headache. Otherwise, friendly staff and inviting environment.

The facial helped my skin, but the peppermint scalp treatment was not good. It seemed like she only spent a few minutes TOTAL on it. It was NOT worth the $15.00. I won't do that again EVER. I was told it would be separate treatment instead she combined it while the mask was on. But I ranked the experience highly satisfied because of the facial not the add-on scalp treatment. Trying to be fair about it.

I have a hard time booking the therapist of my choice without going a month in advance. No ones fault. I still feel a little achy, hopefully it will improve tomorrow.

When I first "walked in" to make the appointment, the receptionist would not do it cause I did not have the gift cards with me. Very strange policy! Just book the reservation and let the customer bring in the gift card when they actually come in.

My face felt gross after leaving appt and the only thing she recommended during the entire visit was using a $40 product and basically acted like nothing else I used or did would help. She was friendly but was not worth the money.

My hour facial was more like 45 minutes. I checked the clock before and after to see how long it lasted - definitely not a full hour which is unfortunate.
