I have been coming here for years, every time my esthetician changes so do products and recommendations. It is a revolving door especially in the last year. I will give Emily a couple of tries before I pass judgement, but I am looking at other options in case this doesn't work out. She did very well on a classic and was very pleasant, even when I gave her my honest feelings, she went and read over all the notes and could see where we needed to go with the treatment so I felt a little more assured that we were back on the plan. I also appreciate that a dermalogica product I had major problems with was refunded with no hassle. It was expensive and definitely did not work for me. Emily did make my heart as happy as my face and I feel a little more assured.

Receptionist were very friendly and accommodating. Overall experience was satisfying. It would be nice if you offer a facial and hand service (ie taking care of the finger nail and cuticles) No need for nail polish. Also, shaping of the eye brow.

Start times and end times should be clear and concise. In addition, the email I received said it was for an hour massage but when I arrived, she said "Your 50 minute massage". Be consistently clear.

Front desk knowledge lacking w/ spa "points" policy so instead of knowing what to use the points towards I continue to accumulate. Products w/in the lobby are the same stuff I always see which isnt a bad thing but is just a neutral feeling. All areas are clean, tidy and relaxing but it just seems there could be more to enhance the "relaxation" mood while in the lobby but I'm just not sure what/how exactly.

I have had Mike twice and he spent the entire time yawning both times. I also indicated I needed my neck focused on and he didn't even work on it

The price upgrade seems to be a little steep ontop of the original membership price.

The therapist is very good. I didn't feel that there was enough focus on the area I specified, though.

While I feel the services are a good value, I don’t feel that this particular location can rival other spas in the area. The rooms have no place for rings or watches, and the turnover at the front desk doesn’t allow for any client recognition. Additionally, hitting your customers up about promotions while they’re waiting to relax is not relaxing. If I want to buy gift cards, I will, please don’t “pre-sell” me.

I would have liked to see more visible results; however, that may not have been any one' fault. Also, I paid extra for a scalp massage and I think it was on the weak side and could have been a little more intense and longer. The scalp massage did not address the back of my scalp.

I was satisfied with the receptionist, her service, and my therapist. This location should consider turning their lobby into a lounge with shades/blinds and maybe some lavendar fragrances a calming music/nature sounds.
