I don't like having to pay an upcharge for every little thing... I've experienced this with the massages as well. On the hand, the facial was wonderful, and the esthetician was excellent!

I feel like the receptionists are only concerned with the add ons. As a member I have to listen to them try to upswell the add on services every time. Unless there is something new I would rather not listen to the whole list and their favorite every time I come in.

The Christmas in July special was not fully explained prior to me purchasing two gift cards. It was disappointing that the person assisting me at the desk didn't take the time to explain the fine print.

I had difficulty booking, with a long wait and 2 calls. There seem to be frequent computer issues when booking and paying.

Overall the experience was good. The massage was just not as good as I've had in the past (Mark or Gretchen?).

I was sent an email encouraging me to schedule an appointment online. I followed the steps completely and the website indicated that my appointment was confirmed. The website even added it to my Google calendar. I never received a confirmation call reminding me of the appointment so I decided to check with the salon before leaving work to make sure everything was correct. The appointment was not actually scheduled despite the website indicating that it was confirmed. The appointment time was then taken and I was initially told I could not be seen at that time. The S.A. was able to rework some other appointments and really went out of her way to make up for the issue. I think her name was Aliah. I think the website booking needs some twerking because it is really confusing for the customer.

I've had a few massages there and I was only dissatisfied once before with a male masseuse because I didn't like the feeling of his hairy arms rubbing on me. This time I had a female, but the massage just wasn't comfortable. I felt more in pain in my problem area than before I went. I've been having the same problem area for awhile because I don't go as often as I should, but I've never left the spa feeling more in pain before. Next time I'll just make sure to make an appointment with the masseuse that I'm comfortable with. Thanks

My facial left my face very bruised and I am getting married on Saturday. I felt that perhaps the technician was not properly trained on The microdermabrasion machine. I feel that she should have noticed what was happening to my face.

My appointment was suppose to be set for 30 min's. Not one hour. #2 a little much time on rechecking the computer over the length of time was suppose to be. #3 nothing major but the receptionist should have just said, I'm sorry I misunderstood the length of time I wanted for my appointment

Every time I schedule, there is some kind of issue. Either my therapist is changed on me without my knowledge, or the time is scheduled wrong, or, in this case, the receptionist didn't know what my esthetician was trained to do.
