Hand and Stone

This is the 3rd time I have had the same massage therapist. I was really pleased after the 1st visit, less pleased after the second and not happy with the 3rd and final visit. She did not really massage as much as she just rubbed her hands and arms up and down my back. She didn't really use her hands to squeeze and massage the muscles in my shoulders, neck and lower back. She never touched my head or feet.

I was thinking about becoming a member again but when I asked the receptionist questions she didn't answer very clearly also she said y'all raised the price to get discounts on products. Which sucks cause I'm not interested in products.

The facial was great, but the massage was not what I expected. I am hoping that I will find a better masseuse next time.

First time I had an 80 min massage and I felt that the therapist spent too much time on my shoulders instead of all over. I felt a little disappointed. Also she did shoulders first and didn't do my head at all. I know each one is probably different but I am used to the therapist doing shoulders and head last which I prefer.

Everything was fine.

Ya habia estado con esta masajista y todo habia sido ok. Ayer se le veia que no lo hacia con el mismo animo, fue demasiado despacio y se quedaba en un mismo lugar por mucho tiempo, empezó a las 4:10 pm y terminó a las 4.56 pm

My massage therapist did great about 3/4 of the massage but wasn't as firm as I liked near the end - I should have mentioned this to him. My facial was great but she offered a $20 service that she said could probably be paid for with my promo card that I received for coming in on Memorial Day. However, this info wasn't correct - I wasn't able to use that card. If I had known that ahead of time, I would not have added that extra $20 service.

I've always asked for a female I'm always on time for my appointment and I don't like to wait My appointment was for 10am started and 10:15 and was done at 10:55 that was not a 1 hour massage

Therapist was very friendly. I felt he went over and beyond to make sure I had a relaxing experience.

I absolutely love the facial. Most of these questions pertained to the massage which was just ok. I've had much much better.
