From the minute I walked in I felt very pampered. I was given a hot neck cushion and offered a drink. Everything was on time. My massage therapist was very kind and helped my pain to go away . I never felt pressured to buy anything extra. Over all a great experience

the receptionist listened to my concerns. She made certain that I was okay both before and afterwards. I enjoyed my experience with a new masseuse.

Overall, my experience has been great, there was only one time that I can remember, my therapist was running late and in order to catch up with time, she shortened my massage time to only 40 minutes. That therapist is no longer there, and regardless I switched as soon as I saw that, but I just want to say that every minute counts when we are on that table, so I hope all therapists realize that.

It’s been a long time since having a massage partly because of financials but also because I haven’t enjoyed massages since my last massage therapist left, but I think I found someone I can go to now.

During my multi-year membership, I have only had 2 massage sessions that I found the therapist unsatisfactory. All other services have been exceptional.
