Ruben greeted me when I walked in and was very friendly and informative. He checked on me white I was waiting and offered water or a warm neck pillow. Kaylee did a great job with my massage and I got a membership afterwords.

When entering the staff is always welcoming and usually greet me by name. I’m always offered water and seen timely. My esthetician Natalie was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable for my first facial. She did a great job.
