Diana performed a very good, relaxing massage. She checked on me regarding the pressure of the massage and any areas that needed more attention. She presented a very professional presence.

Danial is highly in tune to my needs and always inquires how I am doing the day of my visit and how I did with the last visit. I come in feeling soar and leave very relaxed and without pain. I have had several long term issues he has been able to address that are being resolved and I can say I'm feeling and moving much better since going.

I really like my esthetician, Reva, she is very receptive to my needs. My skin always feels so great when I leave there. Reva is also very knowledgeable about the products that I need for my skin.

Kendall is such a delight to have as my esthetician! She is always very welcoming and accommodating. She has given me great suggestions for my face and skin!

Everything was great. I did notice when I had finished my facial and was waiting for the massage room to be ready that the floor in the corner of the room was very dusty. That didn’t affect my visit but just thought you would want to know

I’ve been with H&S for 3 years and I’m totally at home whenever I step into the facility. I even manage to catch well deserved naps lol
