Zoe at the front desk was very cognizant of my time and ensured I was acknowledged and helped in a timely manner. My therapist was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating - Monica was amazing!

Daniel is an excellent therapist. He always listens to my explanations of body pains and needs and fits the treatment to the current situation.

The Esthetician I had was excellent. She gave me precisely the facial I requrested and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. It was wonderful! Unfortunately I have had a different esthetician every time I have come. I wish that I could choose which one I got on my visits.

The masseuse did a fine job working on the troubled muscles, but because the session had a late start, there seemed to be a bit of a rush to finish near the end. It was no big deal, really; there might have been an earlier client that may have taken longer. I will definitely be back and request the same masseuse.

The staff is friendly and the message therapists are well educated.

I was greeted by very friendly receptionists, I did not wait long for my appointment time and once the appointment was over membership was offered and explained but not pushed on me which I appreciated.
