Well I am highly Satisfied everytime I go in there. The people have always been so friendly and helpful. I completely feel like the rest of the world melts away while I am in there.

Receptionist are always very friendly. I love all the masseuses there but Mark is awesome. Never feel pressured.

Everything would be just about perfect if this location offered wax services and if the online booking worked. I've never been able to use the online booking, and when I asked questions about why it wasn't working I got a fluff answer that didn't help. If I could book online I'd be there much more often and be much happier. My only issue with the reception desk is that they spend too much time on fluff "Thank you for calling hand and stone massage and facial spa webster this is so-and-so how can I help you today?" Is way too much to substitute for "hello".

Everything about my appointment was relaxing and stress relieving. My massage therapist really listened when I explained where I had tension and knew exactly how to help.
