The massage was relaxing and the massage therapist focused on my problem areas. The place was clean and I wasn’t in the waiting room for long.

Always such a great experience with entire visit for massage. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.

I was elated the staff was able to fit me in at the last minute. Upon check-in, I was offered a facial due to an opening, which I thought was very attentive to my past services.

Each time I use hand and stone it is a pleasure. Booking is fast and easy. Massage is always very good.

Staff was exceptional and I had my wallet stem that day, called to let them know that I was not able to make my appointment, called back as I really needed bodywork. Team was gracious and flexible.

I enjoy the experience of getting a monthly massage. It prevents back pain to which I am prone. It is also extremely mentally relaxing.

I've been a member for a few years. Every time I find an esthetician that helps me she leaves. The turnaround for employees at bay area location is concerning and disappointing. Ive unfortunately decided to end my membership for that reason.
