We felt very welcomed as soon as we entered the building. The ambience of both the waiting room and massage room was relaxing. Our massage therapists communicated with us clearly at all times.

I have always had a relaxing and pleasant experience here. Both the facials and massages have been wonderful.

Eurindia is very knowledgeable and attentive. She is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Tamara was very knowledgeable about each type of facial and explained them to me in detail. She offered to tell me what she would be doing throughout the facial which made me quite comfortable. I asked her if she liked what she did and why. She confidently and boldly spoke about why she chose to do what she does and I could tell she takes great pride in her work. I'm thankful I was scheduled with Tamara as I will schedule other appts. with her.

Hand and Stone is above the other local salons. I have never bought a membership at a salon because the upsell of membership and product was overkill! Hand and Stone wants you to relax from the time you enter. You are treated like royalty whether you carry Kate Spade or less. You are important to them as is your level of comfort.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Tamara was amazing and very friendly during the whole experience. I felt very at ease.

The reason I selected dissatisfied with available appointment times is because an email was sent out the morning of my visit (before I made an appointment) indicating that a particular masseur had available appointments which fit my schedule. Upon calling to attempt to make the appointment with that particular masseur, I was told that he was not scheduled to work that day. It was explained to me over the phone that the email must have contained errors. The receptionist on the phone apologized for the error and was overall very kind in handling the apparent mistake. All other aspects of the appointment process and massage were satisfactory.

Went specifically since I knew Shirley took care of my back & muscle in the past and need her skillful massage once again. Wonderful massage; booked another w her.
